CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
6 boneless breasts of chicken
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Dak ham
1 pkg. Swiss cheese
12 oz. Gwaltney bacon

Chicken works best if cubed (like cubed steak).

Take a chicken breast and lay flat. Place 1 piece of ham and 1 piece of cheese on top of chicken and roll up. Wrap in 1 to 2 slices of bacon and place in a baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
