PICNIC POTATO SALAD 
20 cooked potatoes
9 hard-boiled eggs
2 lg. onions
1/2 stalk celery

DRESSING:

3 eggs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
1 qts. plus 1/2 c. water
1/2 tbsp. salt

Cook potatoes and dice them. Dice eggs, onions, celery, put in a large bowl. Set aside. Next, mix in a pot all of the dressing ingredients and cook until thick. Then pour over the dry ingredients and mix well.
