PICNIC POTATO SALAD 
3 lbs. potatoes
2 c. diced celery
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce

Cook potatoes in skins until tender. Peel and cube. Add celery and onions; sprinkle with salt.
