PORK CHOP 'N POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. hash brown potatoes
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onions

Brown pork chops. Combine soup, milk, sour cream (salt and pepper optional). Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions.

Place chops in 9x10 baking dish. Top with potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
