BREAKFAST PUFF 
8-12 slices cooked crumbled bacon
12 slices toasted bread, quartered
1/2 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
8 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
4 c. milk
1 med. onion

Spread half of bread in bottom of 9x13 inch buttered pan. Layer half of bacon, half of onion, half of cheese. Repeat layers with bread, bacon, onion, cheese. Beat eggs, salt, pepper and milk. Pour mixture over all. Bake 45-50 minutes until set at 350 degrees.

May add other layers with peppers, ham and mushrooms, if you wish. Recipe can be prepared day before and refrigerated. Bake following day.
