LOW CHOLESTEROL TURKEY STUFFED
CABBAGE
 
1 head cabbage
2 lbs. ground turkey
1 handful uncooked rice
2 cans whole cranberry sauce
2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Garlic
Pepper
2 egg beaters
1 can sauerkraut, optional
1 tsp. lemon

Par boil cabbage; set aside until slightly cooled. In mixing bowl combine turkey, rice, pepper, and egg beaters. Mix and form into 2 to 3-inch balls. Wrap turkey balls into 1 leaf of cabbage.

In saucepan heat cranberries, lemon juice, and tomato sauce. Add meat and cabbage and cook until tender.

Optional: Add sauerkraut to sauce.
