CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS 
4 c. self-rising flour
Crisco (2 lumps the size of an egg)
2 eggs lightly beaten
6 qts. chicken broth (very rich)

Roll out dough on floured surface until approximately 1/8 inch thick. Cut into approximately 2 inch squares. Drop into boiling chicken broth. Turn heat down to medium low, cook uncovered approximately 15 minutes.
