5 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed

Blend sugar, mustard, salt and 1 tablespoon vinegar. Gradually add the oil, beating constantly with electric beater. Add remaining tablespoon vinegar and the celery seeds. Chill before using. Serves 4-6.
