NO BAKE KRISPY KRUNCH KOOKIES | |
1 cup confectioners’ sugar (sift if lumpy) 2/3 cup plain or crunchy peanut butter 1-1/2 to 2 cups bite-size ready-to-eat rice cereal 6 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate pieces 1 teaspoon paraffin Combine sugar, peanut butter, butter and cereal (amount of cereal depends on kind of peanut butter). Form into 1-inch balls. Melt chocolate and paraffin in top of double saucepan over simmering water. Dip cookies on end of fork, one at a time, in chocolate, Shake off excess chocolate; cool on waxed paper. Makes 24. Submitted by: KATHY |
