BULGHUR WHEAT IN TOMATO SAUCE
BURGHUL BI BANADOURA
 
4 tbsp. oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cloves, garlic, chopped
1 c. coarse bulghur wheat
4 oz. tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2 1/2 c. water

Fry onion in oil. Add garlic; fry well. Add bulghur wheat and fry well. Dilute tomato sauce in water. Pour over bulghur mixture. Add seasonings. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat to simmer and cook covered about 15 minutes, until tender.
