JASON'S BAKED STUFFED APPLES
4 med. apples
2/3 c. granola
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
2 tbsp. wheat germ
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. apple cider
1 c. vanilla yogurt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Core each apple (about 3/4 inch wide) through center of apple. Place granola, walnuts, wheat germ and honey in a large bowl and stir together. Put mixture into apples by hand. Top apples with extra mixture. Place apples in baking pan. Pour cider around apples. Cover pan with aluminum foil and seal edges, tightly around rim. Bake 45 minutes. Apples are done when a fork slides in easily. Scoop out apples. Spoon cider syrup from pan over apples. Top each with 3 tablespoons of yogurt. Yummy when served warm.
