STUFFED APPLES 
12 lg. baking apples
1 lg. stalk celery, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
3 c. sage and onion stuffing mix
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. apple juice or cider

Cut 1/2 inch slice from top of each apple; core, being careful not to cut through to bottom. Remove center, leaving about 1/4 inch wall. Chop each removed apple to measure 3/4 cup. Mix chopped apple with remaining ingredients, stirring until all liquid is absorbed. Divide mixture and stuff into apples. Place apples in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and bake in oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
