HOMEMADE GRAPE NUTS | |
2 c. whole wheat flour 2 c. corn meal 2 c. rolled oats 2 c. flour 2 tbsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 2 c. buttermilk 1 c. dark brown sugar 1 c. dark molasses Mix in order given. Bake in slow oven 1 hour. Allow to dry an hour or more. Grind with coarse knife of food grinder. Toast lightly and dry well. Store in airtight container. |
