SHRIMP DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. cocktail sauce (Cross & Blackwell)
3 green onions
8 oz. frozen, cooked shrimp
1 cucumber

Thaw shrimp and set aside. In a small mixing bowl, soften the cream cheese and spread in a 5 x 9-inch pan. Spread the cocktail sauce over the cheese. Next add the green onions, chopped, and add on the shrimp, cut in half. Chop the cucumber and layer over the shrimp. Serve with crackers. Very good!
