1/2 lb. lean corn beef, shaved
24 oz. sour cream
3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. dill weed
2 tbsp. onion, minced
3 tbsp. parsley

Mix all the above ingredients together. Chill for several hours. Serve with party rye.
