1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, 1 at a time
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, raisins
6 green apples, diced

Mix oil, sugar, flour, salt and soda then add eggs, nuts, raisins, apples. Fold in pie spice, cinnamon and nutmeg.
