QUICK-N-EASY STIR FRY 
Use amounts according to need.

Cook rice, microwave will do 2 to 3 cups in about 20 minutes. Cut up green pepper, onions, garlic, carrots, broccoli, snap peas, any fresh vegetables will do.

Heat small amount of oil in fry pan. Add longest cooking vegetables first, adding in finer vegetables, stirring often.

Cut up kielbasa and stir into vegetables, cook until heated through. Top rice with stir fry.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
