APPLE CRISP 
6 c. sliced, pared apples
2/3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 tbsp. butter, softened
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread apples in square pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inch. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle evenly over apples. Bake until tender, about 35 to 40 minutes.
