PLUM MUFFINS 
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (7 3/4 oz.) jar baby food plums
1 c. unsifted self-rising flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves

GLAZE:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice

In large bowl, beat sugar, eggs, vanilla, oil and plums. Add flour and spices; blend well. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Glaze while hot.

Glaze: Combine ingredients. Stir until well blended. Pour over hot muffins.

Muffins taste best when cooked in mini-muffin pan. You may need to adjust cooking time.
