MICROWAVE LASAGNA | |
1/2 lb. ground meat 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce 1/2 c. water 8 oz. cottage cheese 1 egg 1/2 tsp. pepper 8 oz. lasagna noodles (uncooked) 1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Brown meat on high, cooking 2 to 3 minutes; stir during cooking. Drain meat. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg and pepper. In a 8 x 12 glass Pyrex pan, layer the meat sauce, then the uncooked lasagna noodles, the cheese mixture and Mozzarella cheese. Continue layering, until pan is filled. Top with Parmesan cheese. Cover with plastic wrap. Turn back one corner. Cook on high for 8 minutes. Then on medium low for 30 minutes. let stand covered for 15 minutes. |
