CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 lg. hen, cooked, boned and cut into small pieces
2 boxes spaghetti, cooked in boiling water and chicken broth

SAUCE:

1 stick butter, melted in skillet
1 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
1 c. celery
1 can tomatoes, mashed
1 can mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Add chicken to sauce; mix well. Put all into oblong casserole dish. Top with 1 cup Velveeta cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
