LEMON TEA LOAF 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
Grated lemon rind (1 tsp.)
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. milk

Cream butter; add sugar and grated lemon rind. Add beaten eggs. Sift flour and baking powder together, alternating with milk. Add chopped nuts. Pour into well greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove bread from oven and immediately pour the following mixture over the loaf while it is still in the pan. 1/4 cup sugar combined with the juice of 1 large lemon (lemon zest can be added for additional flavor).
