LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) box Jello
3 c. marshmallows
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese or sour cream

Beat in mixer until dissolved. Add 20 ounce can crushed pineapple to Jello mixture. Partially congeal. Stir in gently 8-12 ounce Cool Whip. Optional 1/2 cup nuts and cherries. Chill. You can use any flavor Jello. Our favorite is orange.
