SHRIMP MEUNIERE 
1/2 c. butter
4 c. cooked, shelled shrimp
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Melt butter in a 10" skillet. Add shrimp. Heat thoroughly. Remove the shrimp to a hot platter. Add to the butter in the skillet, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper. Pour this lemon mixture over the shrimp. Makes 6 generous portions. A basic recipe which can vary with spices.
