DIM SIMS 
8 oz. uncooked med. shrimp
1 lb. lean ground pork
1/4 lb. cabbage
6 green onions (scallions)
2 eggs, beaten slightly
3 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. oyster sauce
48 wontons
3 c. vegetable oil

Chop shrimp, pork, onion, cabbage. Put in large bowl; add eggs, cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil and oyster sauce. Place the rounded teaspoons in center of wonton and bring corners up to a point; squeeze together. Fry until golden.
