1 sm. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed

FILLING:

2 c. milk
2 sm. pkgs. chocolate pudding (instant)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
8 oz. Cool Whip

Combine ingredients for filling. In flower pot, layer crushed Oreos and filling. Top with layer of crushed Oreos. Decorate with plastic plants and gummy worms.
