CHEESE CAKE 
FILLING:

1 lb. pot cheese (cottage cheese), strained
1 c. sugar
3 eggs beaten
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour

Combine ingredients together.

CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 egg
1 tbsp. soft butter
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar

Mix crust ingredients together as in a pie crust. Add a little water if needed. Use large Pyrex pie plate. Fill with cheese filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until set.
