ZUCCHINI MARMALADE 
5 c. zucchini, shredded
4 c. sugar
4 c. crushed pineapple (do not drain)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lg. apricot Jello

Mix first 4 ingredients together and cook 15 minutes. Remove from stove, add Jello (dry) - blend and pour into jars. Seal.
