4 c. mini marshmallows
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts

Cook first 5 ingredients over medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly. Continue to boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add chips and stir until melted. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into buttered 9x13 or 9x9 pan. Let cool. Cut into squares.
