UNIVERSAL BATTER FOR VEGETABLES
OR MEAT
 
1 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 c. ice water
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. Wesson oil

Mix until batter is smooth. Use batter for meat or vegetables - just anything. Dip meat or vegetables (just anything) in batter. Cook in deep oil until it is done to suit you.
