1/4 c. rice
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. raisins
1 qt. milk

Mix in casserole and bake in 300 degree oven for 3 hours. Stir frequently. Milk will form a "skin" which needs to be stirred in - it helps thicken, I think.
