WESTERN BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
2 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
3/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. salad oil
3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Dash of onion salt
Dash of pepper

Use pint size screw top jar. Combine blue cheese and sour cream; stir in milk. Add salad oil, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, onion salt, pepper and garlic salt. Mix well. Add vinegar. Cover jar and shake well. Chill. Serve over tossed green salad. Makes 1 1/3 cup salad dressing.
