EGG SOUFFLE 
White bread, crust cut off
Sliced American cheese
4 c. milk
8 eggs
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Pepper and salt
Onion, optional
Bacon, optional

Place bread in bottom of 9 x 13 pan cover bread with slices of American cheese. Top with more bread. Mix eggs and milk and pour over bread and cheese. Top with any optional ingredients. (Onion, bacon or sausage.)

Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
