BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 pkg. (8) crescent roll dough
1 c. frozen loose hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (or mix with Swiss or Monterey Jack)
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Cook sausage until brown and drain. Place rolls in greased 9 x 12 dish and press up sides and bottom to form crust. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle potatoes over sausage. Top with cheddar cheese. In separate bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
