GRANOLA MIX 
5 c. old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/4 lb. shredded coconut
1 c. raw sunflower seeds
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 1/2 c. chopped almonds, pecans, walnuts or combination
3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. molasses
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Raisins or other dried fruits, if desired

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In large bowl combine oats, wheat germ, coconut, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and nuts. Blend well. In a large saucepan combine brown sugar, water, oil, honey, molasses, salt, cinnamon and vanilla. Heat until sugar is dissolved, do not boil.
