BEEF TERIYAKI | |
1 lb. top sirloin steak (1/2" thick) 1/3 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. honey 1/4 c. vinegar 1 1/2 oz. apricot flavored brandy 1 garlic clove, crushed 1 tbsp. powdered ginger 1 c. beef bouillon Cut meat into thin strips; slicing from top to bottom on a slightly diagonal. Combine remaining ingredients and marinate meat about 1 hour. Turn occasionally. Weave meat strips on small skewer. Grill about 2 minutes, each side. |
