MEXICAN - STYLE FISH STICKS 
16 frozen fish sticks
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chili peppers, drained
1 c. cubed pasteurized process cheese spread (4 oz.)
Taco sauce (optional)

Arrange fish sticks in a greased 9x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare muffin mix according to package directions; stir in chili peppers and process cheese spread.

Spread evenly over fish sticks in the baking pan. Return to the oven and bake about 25 minutes more or until corn bread is done. To serve, cut into squares or rectangles; carefully remove from the pan. Serve warm with taco sauce, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
