MOM'S PEANUT BUTTER CLOUDS | |
1 c. Fluffo shortening 1 c. creamy peanut butter 1 c. sugar 1 c. powdered sugar 2 eggs 1 tbsp. vanilla 2 c. sifted flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together Fluffo, peanut butter and both sugars. Beat until light. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients and gradually beat in. Batter will be stiff. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a floured fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. |
