MOM'S ENGLISH TRIFLE 
2 boxes raspberry Jello
1 box vanilla pudding
1 pkg. lady fingers
1/3 c. sherry wine
Raspberry jam
Whipped cream
Toasted almonds

Cook Jello and pudding. Make pudding a little thinner by using an extra 1/8 cup of milk. Let Jello and pudding thicken as normal. When Jello hardens, mess it all up with a fork. Split lady fingers and spread both sides with raspberry jam. Arrange in bottom of large bowl (it's nice to use a clear glass bowl). Pour sherry wine over pieces of lady fingers. Add layer of Jello and pudding twice. Top with whipped cream and toasted almonds.
