APPLE COLE SLAW | |
8 c. thinly sliced green cabbage (about 1 3/4 c.) 4 c. chopped unpeeled Granny Smith apples (about 2 med. apples) 1 c. coarsely shredded carrot 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1 (8 oz.) carton plain low-fat yogurt 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. celery seeds 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Toss well and set aside. Combine next 7 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss gently. Cover and chill 8 hours. About 54 calories per 1/2 cup serving. |
