APPLE CINNAMON COLESLAW 
DRESSING:

1 (8 oz.) carton vanilla yogurt
2 tbsp. frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

SALAD:

2 c. shredded cabbage
1 1/2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins

In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. In medium bowl combine all salad ingredients; toss. Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat. Makes 8 (1/2 c.) servings.
