LAST MINUTE STUFFED TOMATOES 
1 box Stove Top stuffing
1 sm. can chopped clams
Approx. 12 Italian tomatoes

Cut tomatoes in half and scoop out inside. Set aside.

Following directions, prepare Stove Top stuffing. Mix in drained clams with stuffing and let sit 2-3 minutes. Stuff tomatoes and heat and serve.

Can be refrigerated. To heat: Place in broiler for 1-2 minutes or microwave for 1 minute. Can be topped with cheese if desired.

If a stronger clam taste is desired, save juice when draining clams and use with liquid to make stuffing. Can also be used to stuff mushrooms

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
