1 1/2 c. celery, ground
2 tbsp. parsley
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
1 sm. onion
2 eggs, well beaten
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 level tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix together; let stand 15 minutes. Put in well-buttered ring mold. Place pan in water. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serve creamed mushrooms in center.
