VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1 pkg. frozen broccoli 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower 2 c. sliced carrots 1 c. sliced celery 1 sm. jar pimento 1 bottle Italian salad dressing Cook broccoli and cauliflower (1/2 to 3/4 time stated on box). Boil celery and carrots together until tender and crisp. Drain all vegetables; add pimento and pour salad dressing over vegetables while hot. Chill several hours or overnight. |
