SCOTCH-A-ROOS 
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. white sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
6 c. Rice Krispies
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Combine syrup and sugar in a large saucepan and heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture starts to bubble. Remove from the heat and stir in peanut butter. Add vanilla and stir in the Rice Krispies.

Spread the mixture in a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Heat the chocolate and butterscotch chips together over low heat until melted and spread it over the Rice Krispie mixture. Cool at room temperature.
