NUT CLUSTERS 
1 sm. box Jello chocolate pudding (NOT instant)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. roasted peanuts (or chopped pecans or toasted almonds)
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine Jello, sugar, milk, and butter. Bring to a full rolling boil on medium heat. Boil for 3 minutes. Add peanuts and vanilla and beat until cool and holds shape, 10-15 minutes. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let harden.
