SPINACH MUSHROOM SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Fried bacon, crumbled
Water chestnuts, sliced
Hard cooked eggs, sliced
Green onions, chopped
Tomatoes, sliced

Toss all above ingredients together.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Chill thoroughly. At serving time, pour over salad. Toss. Top with croutons or sesame seeds, if desired.
