JERK CHICKEN 
3/4 c. teriyaki sauce
2 lg. garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp. minced fresh ginger plus 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger (or 2 1/2 tsp. ground ginger)
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (opt.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut into parts

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients except the chicken. Toss chicken in mixture, coating well. Take chicken out of sauce and place skin side down in an oiled baking dish. Bake 45 minutes, turning once and basting frequently with remaining sauce until brown and crispy.
