MACARONI SALAD 
1 (6-7 oz.) pkg. curly noodles or macaroni
1 c. cubed cheddar cheese
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
1/4 c. pickle relish or 1/2 c. sliced sweet pickles
2 green onions, sliced
1 tomato
1/2 cucumber, quartered slices
1/2 c. lettuce
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
1 c. salad dressing/mayonnaise
2-3 radishes, fine sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed (or garlic salt)
2 tbsp. vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste (1/4 tsp.)

Cook macaroni, rinse in cold water. Stir together salad dressing, salt, pepper, and garlic. Add in remainder of the ingredients; adding macaroni at the end. Toss. Cover; chill at least 3 hours. 6 to 8 servings.
