CHILI SQUASH | |
1 tbsp. cooking oil 6 med. squash 1 sm. onion, finely chopped 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 (12 oz.) can taco sauce 1 tsp. chili powder or to taste Saute onions in oil. Add 1 can tomato sauce, 1 can taco sauce, and chili powder to taste. Boil squash until tender. Pour out water and add sauce. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Serve. |
